The follow-up to BioWare's 2003 role-playing game Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic takes place 4,000 years before the events of The Phantom Menace. The Jedi Order has been nearly wiped out by the Sith, and it's up to you to bring the scattered Jedi back together. Fortunately, KOTOR II has cheat codes to make your mission more manageable.
These cheats are only available in the PC version of Star Wars KOTOR II.
How to Enable KOTOR 2 Cheats for PC
If you want to use cheat codes in KOTOR II, you must first edit a game file to enable cheats:

Locate the swkotor2.ini file in the game folder and make a backup copy. That way, if something goes wrong, you can restore the file and not lose your game info.

Open the file in a text editor.

Scroll to the Game Options section and add the following line under it:
EnableCheats=1

Save the file and start the game.
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords PC Cheat Codes
Once cheats are enabled, press the tilde (~) key during gameplay to enter one of the following codes and activate the corresponding cheat function.
You can get any item in the game using the giveitem cheat with Star Wars KOTOR II item codes.
