Following the tradition of previous Grand Theft Auto games, Grand Theft Auto IV has cheat codes that restore your health, change the weather, and spawn weapons or vehicles. The Xbox 360 version also features achievements, Easter eggs, and glitches that make carjacking more fun than it should be.

These cheats apply to the Xbox 360 version. There are also cheats for Grand Theft Auto IV on PlayStation 3 and the PC version of GTA IV.
Grand Theft Auto IV Cheat Codes
At any time during the game, pull out Niko's phone and dial any of the numbers below for the corresponding effect.
Activating some of these cheats disables achievements, so cheating can cause you to miss achievements that are only obtainable in certain missions.

Go to an internet cafe and enter the URL www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com to unveil secret locations on the map.
GTA Graffiti
Across from Bank of Liberty, look for a house with graffiti that showcases artwork from other Grand Theft Auto titles.
Two Bits Easter Egg
Drive a car into a large traffic jam and blow the horn to the beat of "Shave and a haircut." Another car will respond with "two bits."
How to Get Easy Money
To earn easy cash:

Find an ATM and cause a traffic jam to block the roads so that an ambulance can't get through.

Wait for someone to withdraw money from the ATM, then kill them.

Take the money and walk away a bit, then return to find more money beside the dead body.

Repeat this trick as many time as you please.
The Heart of Liberty City
To see the "heart" of Liberty City:

After you have access to Happiness Island, find the helicopter tours and take a helicopter.

Fly the helicopter to the Statue of Liberty and jump out at the statue's feet.

Go around the platform until a door appears with signs on both sides that read "No Hidden Content Here."

Go through the door and climb the ladder.
