Ammunition
Press R , Black , L , Black , Left , Down , Right , Up , Left , Down , Right , Up during gameplay. The least powerful weapons in each category and rocket launcher will be unlocked. Note: Enabling this code will cause your street creds to drop in points. You can check your creds in the stats menu at the pause screen. If you are in the negative, you are a Playa-Hater.
To get unlimited ammunition for this or the other weapons tiers, repeatedly enable the code until no ammunition number appears beneath the gun pictures.
Weapons (Tier 2)
Press R , Black , L , Black , Left , Down , Right , Up , Left , Down (2), Left during gameplay. The moderate powered weapons in each category will be unlocked, including the flame thrower and sniper rifle. Note: Enabling this code will cause your street creds to drop in points. You can check your creds in the stats menu at the pause screen. If you are in the negative, you are a Playa-Hater.
Weapons (Tier 3)
Press R , Black , L , Black , Left , Down , Right , Up , Left , Down (3) during gameplay. The high powered weapons in each category will be unlocked, including the chainsaw and lock-on bazooka. Note: Enabling this code will cause your street creds to drop in points. You can check your creds in the stats menu at the pause screen. If you are in the negative, you are a Playa-Hater.
Hitman Level in All Weapons
Press Down , X , A , Left , R , Black , Left , Down (2), L (3) during gameplay to receive dual wield, etc.
Unlimited Ammunition
Press L , R , X , R , Left , Black , R , Left , X , Down , L (2) during gameplay. Repeat this code to disable its effect. You no longer need to reload and will have unlimited ammunition for each new weapon that is picked up.
Bounty on Your Head
Press Down , Up (2), Up , A , Black , R , White (2) during gameplay. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Armor, Health, and Money
Press R , Black , L , A , Left , Down , Right , Up , Left , Down , Right , Up during gameplay. Note: You must enable this code multiple times to increase your total money.
If this code is enabled when your car is smoking or damaged it will get repaired. During various missions where you are in a car while someone else drives and you shoot, enabling this code will instead blow the car up, failing the mission.
Raise Level Codes
Raise Wanted Level:
Press R (2), B , Black , Left , Right , Left , Right , Left , Right during gameplay.
Six Star Wanted Level:
Press B , Right , B , Right , Left , X , A , Down during gameplay.
Lower Wanted Level:
Press R (2), B , Black , Up , Down , Up , Down , Up , Down during gameplay.
Wanted Level Never Increases:
Press B , Right , B , Right , Left , X , Y , Up during gameplay. Note: This will not remove any wanted level stars you may already have.
Maximum Respect
Press L , R , Y , Down , Black , A , L , Up , White (2), L (2) during gameplay.
When starting a new game or when you have a very low respect level, enable the "Maximum respect" code twice and your total respect level will be green.
Maximum Lung Capacity
Press Down , Left , L , Down (2), Black , Down , White , Down during gameplay.
Maximum Muscle
Press Y , Up (2), Left , Right , X , B , Left during gameplay.
Maximum Fat

Maximum Vehicle Skills

Taxi Missions Completed
Press Up , Left (2), Down , B , X , L (2), White , R , Black during gameplay. All taxis now have nitrous.
Pimping Missions Completed
Press Right , White (2), Down , White , Up (2), White , Black during gameplay. You can now get money from prostitutes instead of paying them.
CJ Jumps Higher
Press Up (2), Y (2), Up (2), Left , Right , X , Black (2) during gameplay. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Adrenaline Effects
Press A (2), X , R , L , A , Down , Left , A during gameplay. CJ will be effected in a similar manner to if he took an adrenaline pill from the prior Grand Theft Auto games, with increased strength and slower time.
Perfect Handling
Press Y , R (2), Left , R , L , Black , L during gameplay. After this code is enabled press L3 to make your car jump. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Aggressive Traffic
Press Black , B , R , White , Left , R , L , Black , White during gameplay. Note: This will also increase police activity. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Faster Cars
Press Right , R , Up , White (2), Left , R , L , R (2) during gameplay. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Invisible Cars
Press Y , L , Y , Black , X , L (2). Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Flying Cars
Press X , Down , White , Up , L , B , Up , A , Left during gameplay. Cars can be flown like a normal plane.
Cars Fly Away
Press X , Black , Down (2), Left , Down , Left (2), White , A during gameplay. Hit another car with your vehicle to send it flying up into the sky.
Drive on Water
Press Right , Black , B , R , White , X , R , Black during gameplay. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Vehicle of Death
Press L , White (2), Up , Down (2), Up , R , Black (2) during gameplay. Any vehicle driven becomes invincible and has the ability to destroy anything it touches. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
To have a stronger car that is much harder to dent and damage, enable the "Vehicle of death" code, enter a vehicle, then disable the code while you are in the vehicle.

Black Traffic:
Press B , White , Up , R , Left , A , R , L , Left , B during gameplay. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Pink Traffic:
Press B , L , Down , White , Left , A , R , L , Right , B during gameplay. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Sports Car Traffic:
Press Up, L, R, Up, Right, Up, A, White, A, L during gameplay. Fast and rare cars will now appear regularly.
Rural Traffic:

Beater Traffic:

All Traffic Lights Remain Green:

Reduced Traffic:
Press A, Down, Up, Black, Down, Y, L, Y, Left during gameplay. No pedestrians and only an occasional car will appear on the streets. Parked cars will still spawn.
Manual Weapon Control During Drive Bys
Press Up (2), X, White, Right, A, R, Down, Black, B during gameplay. You can now aim and shoot at passing pedestrians/vehicles using the Right Analog-stick, just like your homies can do during drive-by shootings.
Destroy All Cars
Press Black, White, R, L, White, Black, X, Y, B, Y, White, L during gameplay.
Flying Boats
Press Black, B, Up, L, Right, R, Right, Up, X, Y during gameplay. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Massive BMX Bunny Hops
Press Y, X, B, B, X, B, B, L, White (2), R, Black during gameplay. Get a BMX bike and bunny hop to travel massive distances. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Taxis Upgraded
Press Up, A, Y, A, Y, A, X, Black, Right during gameplay. All taxis will have nitrous and can be jumped by pressing L3 without completing the taxi missions. Note: This code cannot be disabled.
All Cars Have Nitrous

They can do everything that your Grove Street Family members can do. Note: Each person you recruit will get a 9mm unless they already have a gun.
Recruit Anyone Into Your Gang With Rocket Launchers
Press Black (3), A, White, L, Black, L, Down, A during gameplay. Lock on to someone (any pedestrian or even rival gang members) and press Up on the D-pad to recruit them. They can do everything that your Grove Street Family members can do. Note: Each person you recruit will get a rocket launcher unless they already have a gun. Also, you may first need to enable the "Recruit anyone into your gang with guns" code first.
City in Chaos
Press White, Right, L, Y, Right (2), R, L, Right, L (3) during gameplay. This produces an effect similar to what happens in the final mission of the game, with rioting and looting and buildings on fire.
Pedestrians Riot
Press Down, Left, Up, Left, A, Black, R, White, L during gameplay. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Pedestrians Attack with Guns
Press A, L, Up, X, Down, A, White, Y, Down, R, L (2) during gameplay. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Recruit Have Weapons
Press Black, R, A, Y, A, Y, Up, Down during gameplay. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Pedestrians Are Elvis

Gangs Only
Press White, Up, R (2), Left, R (2), Black, Right, Down during gameplay. The streets will be deserted except for gunmen fighting. There are no police, firefighters, paramedics, or regular citizens, and there will be no traffic except in gang territories.
Gangs and Workers
Press Left, Right (3), Left, A, Down, Up, X, Right during gameplay. The streets will only have gang members, police, firefighters, paramedics, and shopkeepers.
Slow Down Time
Press Y, Up, Right, Down, X, Black, R during gameplay.
Speed Up Time

Always 21:00
Press Left (2), White, R, Right, X (2), L, White, A during gameplay. Game time will remain at 21:00, with an orange sunset sky.
