The Nike ACG Deschutz ‘Black Off Noir’ brings back a 1992 slip-on that combines the breezy wearability of a sandal with the performance capabilities of a sneaker. To that end, the foam midsole houses an encapsulated Air sole unit in the heel, while an outdoor-ready rubber outsole provides durable traction underfoot. The multi-strap system up top is constructed from hydrophobic materials that keep feet dry and comfortable.
Nike ACG takes us all the way back to ’92 with the Air Deschutz sandal; it’s a newly revived model that comes straight from the outdoor division’s golden era. Initially designed to be a trail companion, this latest version is just as it was back then. Lightweight, hydrophobic straps are secured with Velcro and teamed with an Air cushioned sole for comfort across any rough terrain, even when there’s water involved.
