At the cornerstone of heritage design and innovative technology, adidas Consortium joins forces with the Korean streetwear label Kasina this season, creating a Superstar Boost inspired by the handcrafted Korean footwear, ‘Taesahae’. Native to Korea, the artisanal design transforms the Superstar silhouette with bone white nubuck uppers, embroidered with the three-stripes branding for an authentic feel of the traditional craftsmanship. Replacing the signature rubber toecap with luxurious leathers, a tongue label sees button detailing and debossed duo branding for a premium finish, while ‘1997’ embroidery sits to the side - marking the year Kasina was founded, and it’s 20th anniversary. Sitting on a gum rubber sole unit fitted with adidas’ boost™ technology, the Superstar Boost is finished with superior comfort underfoot.

1997년 부산 대학교 앞 스케이트 보드 샵으로 시작된 카시나가 오픈 20주년을 맞이하여 2017년 새로운 플래그십 스토어인 카시나 1997 (Kasina 1997)를 오픈 했습니다.
갑피에 적힌 "1997"은 카시나의 20주년과 새로운 컨셉 스토어인 카시나 1997를 의미 합니다.
상징적인 오리지널 슈퍼스타에서 대체된 본화이트 누벅 레더 어퍼, 레더 셀토우 그리고 태사혜와 같이 스티치가 노출된 아웃솔과 쿠셔닝을 위해 부스트 미드솔은 고급 스러우면서도 편안함을 줍니다.
한국의 공예가들이 수작업으로 만든 전통 공예 신발인 "태사혜"에서 영감을 받아 카시나의 아이디어와 아디다스의 기술력이 담긴 새로운 슈퍼스타. 왼쪽 텅에는 카시나 브랜드 로고, 오른쪽에는 아디다스 브랜드 로고가 있습니다.
